Payroll for DSOs is Complex

Promotion:

Eligible new PrimePay customers can receive three months of access to PrimePay Payroll Essentials or Payroll & Time Essentials or HCM Essentials at no additional cost when they purchase one of the qualifying bundle packages listed below.

Eligibility:

1. This promotion is valid only for new PrimePay customers.
2. To qualify, customers must purchase a PrimePay Subscription that includes one of the following bundles:
   • Payroll Essentials,
   • Payroll and Time Essentials
   • HCM Essentials
3. Customers must have a minimum of 20 active employees to be eligible.
4. Customers must sign a minimum 12 month contract with PrimePay.
   • 3 months free will apply at months 10, 11, and 12 in a 12 month contract.

Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid from February 21, 2025, to June 30, 2025. PrimePay reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.

Additional Terms:

1. This promotion is available only to eligible customers, as determined by PrimePay and subject to its final approval.
2. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
3. The three months of access to PrimePay Payroll Essentials or Payroll & Time Essentials at no additional cost is applicable only during the initial term of the Customer’s PrimePay Subscription and is subject to all applicable terms and conditions.

Termination:
PrimePay reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
