  • Is IOIPay going out of business?

    • No - IOIPay is not going out of business. IOIPay's assets have been purchased by PrimePay and all operations will continue as usual without interruptions to your day-to-day processing. IOIPay will now be introduced as part of the PrimePay family.

 

  • Who is PrimePay?

    • Privately held since our inception in 1986, PrimePay has been handling payroll and HR tasks for business owners so they can focus on what's important. We understand that you and your business have been through quite an ordeal with IOIPay, and we promise to guide you through this transition as easily as possible.

 

  • Will my current service/payroll processing change?

    • No, you will have your payroll processing, payroll tax processing, and other benefit administration services, as applicable, available to you on your current platform through June 30, 2021.   • Will PrimePay be paying my back taxes?

    • While PrimePay will not be assuming liability for your business’s back taxes before July 9, 2019, we have assembled a team of people to address all of your tax claim questions. They can be reached at 888-697-0021 or you can email taxclaim@ioipay.com.  Our team is here to provide guidance, take claims, and answer your questions, big or small.  


  • How do I file a claim with IOIPay for my tax money?

    • We know that restitution is a business priority and that the last 90 days have been a turbulent time for your business.   • Where can I get an update on a previously filed claim against IOIPay?

    • Click here to access the case website for the latest filing and updates. Note: Prime Clerk is a restructuring and bankruptcy administration company, unrelated to PrimePay.

 

  • Does the IRS/government agencies know about my situation?

    • We have notified the Federal, state, and certain local taxing authorities on your behalf and will continue to work with you to address issues raised by the taxing authorities. Moreover, we are not aware of system or data breach and the controls and procedures surrounding IOI’s processing systems and transactions remain in place with heightened, dual sign-off oversight.

 

  • I have additional questions about my IOIPay account, who can I contact?

    • We know the last 90 days have been difficult at best.  PrimePay and the newly acquired IOIPay family are here to answer questions, allay fears, and help you navigate the waters moving forward.
