On Sept. 28 – Oct. 1, an audience of HR and IT professionals from a wide range of industries and business types gathered in Las Vegas to “gain the insight needed to make critical HR system decisions” at HR Technology Conference and Expo (HRTech).
HRTech is renowned for hosting the world’s largest HR technology marketplace and has been the industry’s leading independent event for more than 20 years. The HRTech conference is designed for individuals wanting to continuously enhance their current HR systems as well as those looking to purchase, with a “primary focus on driving HR success through technology.”

Our involvement at HRTech 2021.
At this year’s HRTech conference, we had the opportunity to showcase SyncHR, our unique, position-oriented, integrative, and intuitive suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) software.
Additionally, we had the opportunity to present a live demo session in which delegates to the HRTech Conference had the chance to learn more about SyncHR. The session was hosted by Jonathan Flakoll, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Solutions Consultant Dawn Huffman-Kerins.
Entitled “The Transformation of HR to Agile People Operations is Here”, the session explored how forward-thinking teams are pivoting to embrace a position-centric architecture coupled with automation and adaptive workflows designed for dynamic and flexible organizations.
