James has over 20 years of experience in CDHC plans, Health Care Delivery and ASO products.  James has also given hundreds of seminars and CE credited courses ranging from HRA’s, FSA’s, HSA’s, COBRA and Payroll. James is currently part of a team expanding the PrimePay Broker Concierge Partner Program nationally.
