Payroll for DSOs is Complex

Promotion:

Eligible new PrimePay customers referred through Planet DDS can receive the following benefits when they sign a qualifying contract that includes the PrimePay Payroll Accelerated-Preferred Bundle (“Accelerate Bundle”):

• Waived setup fees
• Priority phone support
• Free data extraction
• Three (3) months of payroll at no additional cost, applied during the contract term as follows: months 10, 11, and 12 of a 12-month contract

Eligibility:

1. This promotion is valid only for new PrimePay customers referred by Planet DDS.
2. To qualify, customers must purchase a PrimePay Subscription that includes the Accelerate-Preferred Bundle (“Accelerate Bundle”).
3. Customers must sign a minimum 12-month contract with PrimePay.

Promotion Period:

• This promotion is valid from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026.
• PrimePay reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.

Additional Terms:

1. This promotion is available only to eligible customers, as determined by PrimePay and subject to its final approval.
2. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
3. Waived setup, priority support, free data extraction, and free payroll months are applicable only during the initial term of the Customer’s PrimePay Subscription and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions.

Termination:
PrimePay reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
