Michael Myshrall is the Chief Financial Officer at PrimePay and has been with the company since 2022.
Mike is responsible for PrimePay’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), long-term financial and strategic planning, M&A transactions, and various operational reporting programs. Mike is a highly skilled and knowledgeable executive, with experience leading distributed teams in complex environments. He is a strategic and growth-oriented CFO with public company and private equity operating experience.
With 30 years of operating and technology experience, Mike is an executive with a detailed knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. Prior to joining PrimePay, he most recently served as CFO for Cyren, a NASDAQ-listed global cloud-based SaaS cybersecurity company. In addition to several technology companies, he has worked in a variety of roles and organizations, including as Managing Director, Investment Banking at Mercator Capital, a boutique M&A advisory firm, and as a Management Consultant at Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, as well as his MBA from Harvard University.
