Spencer Ungerleider is the Senior Vice President of Operations and has been with PrimePay since 2021. Spencer leads the company’s operational strategy, focusing on service delivery, client retention, and process excellence. His leadership centers on driving efficiency, simplifying the customer experience, and empowering teams to deliver consistent results.

Before joining PrimePay, Spencer held leadership roles at Asure Software and Paychex, leading large service organizations and implementing initiatives that improved customer satisfaction and operational performance. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.

Spencer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
