*Terms & Conditions: All referrals must be submitted via the Referral Landing Page to be eligible for the incentive. – At the time of the referral, the referrer cannot be a part of any PrimePay partnership program, Revenue Share, or with a separate referral agreement already in place. – The referrer must be a current/active client or employee of PrimePay at the time of reward distribution. – For PrimePay employees, commissioned employees will not receive an additional referral reward. If a Sales Rep has a lead for a new client, they should leverage the sales process. – The referred client cannot be already in PrimePay’s sales pipeline. – The referred client cannot have been an active client of PrimePay’s in the last 5 years. – New client must be with PrimePay for two full monthly billing cycles and in good standing for either party to be rewarded. – A current client that becomes reincorporated is not eligible for this program. – Gift cards are fulfilled with Tango cards via email. – These Terms & Conditions may be changed, refined, or updated from time to time without prior notice and the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of reward distribution will apply. – This program supersedes any previous client referral programs.
