How to sign up with our Business Insurance Program:

  • The questionnaire on this page will be completed by the Hissho Sushi team.
  • The PrimePay Insurance Group (PPIG) and an insurance carrier (ex. The Hartford) reviews the questionnaire and will provide an insurance quote to the Hissho Sushi team.
  • The quote is accepted and signed by the Hissho Sushi franchise owner.
  • The policy is issued and the certificate of insurance (COI) is provided to the franchisee and the Hissho Sushi team
