WEST CHESTER, Pa. — To celebrate PrimePay, LLC’s 30th anniversary, the company created the #PrimePay30 Giveaway as a way of giving back to the businesses that helped PrimePay make its name. As a result, hundreds of PrimePay clients entered for a chance to win their share of the $30,000 grand prize. Among the six winners to receive a $5,000 award was Delaware County-based Glenolden Swim Club.
For the contest, PrimePay asked that its small business clients submit their success stories and how they intended to use the prize money. Then, beginning in early June, the public visited PrimePay.com to read the entries and vote for the businesses of their choice to win. The six entries with the most votes won $5,000 each.
According to Glenolden Swim Club’s entry, the nonprofit facility gives neighborhood kids a safe place to play and grow during the summer months. The prize money will be used to make much needed upgrades and help relieve some of the financial operational burdens.
Other $5,000 prize winners include: John Gilmore Roofing based in Jacksonville, Florida, Fulton Dental from Birmingham, Alabama, the Mark Twain Memorial in Hartford, Connecticut, With Love from Jesus Ministries of Raleigh, North Carolina, and the Vision Dance Center located in San Jose, California.
