WEST CHESTER, Pa., Dec. 7, 2022 — PrimePay, a national payroll, human capital management (HCM), and benefit services company, recently announced the addition of Francis “Frank” V. McNamara, III, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, to PrimePay’s executive leadership team.

McNamara will be taking on the role, previously held by Jamie Wilson, who is retiring. Frank will be responsible for all legal, compliance, and legislative initiatives, as well as assist the executive leadership team in developing and executing corporate strategies and managing PrimePay’s legal department.

McNamara is a Senior Commercial Attorney with 30 years of experience, both internationally and within the U.S. Prior to joining PrimePay, Frank spent ten years in the pharmaceutical industry at AstraZeneca where he had several roles, including as the General Counsel for the company’s operating subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region. He also previously spent many years working in several large law firms. Most recently, Frank worked as the Sector General Counsel for Johnson Matthey Inc., a UK-based specialty chemicals company, where he led the legal team for the company’s automotive sector.

“We are pleased to have Frank join the PrimePay team, and we look forward to having his legal and analytical strengths contribute to PrimePay’s overall growth,” said Bill Pellicano, CEO of PrimePay.

Through McNamara’s multi-faceted background, he has a proven track record of closing a wide variety of transactions in a collaborative and team-oriented fashion.

“After meeting with the PrimePay team and learning about the company’s impressive past and ambitious vision for its future, I am very excited to begin a new chapter of my career as the new Chief Legal Officer at PrimePay. I’m looking forward to leveraging my diverse work experiences to help manage PrimePay’s legal risks and contribute to its strategic initiatives,” said McNamara.

Frank holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University, where he remains active as a student mentor and as a recent invitee to the Political Science Department’s Board of Visitors, an alumni advisory board that promotes the department’s strategic goals of increased national influence, enhanced student support and continued excellence in research and teaching.
