Robert Ellis
Robb Ellis is the Chief Operating Officer at PrimePay and has been with the company since 2022. Robb is a seasoned software and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience building efficient and profitable operations that support growth, drive revenue, and improve the client experience for software companies.
Robb oversees the company’s day to day operations, including the design and execution of business strategies to meet both client and organizational needs, and also leads all teams focused on the client experience post-sale. An effective decision maker and business partner at PrimePay, he is focused on generating client satisfaction throughout the entire client lifecycle, as well as delivering operational innovation, excellence, and efficiency across the organization.
Robb is a highly skilled senior leader with a proven track record of providing strategic vision and leadership to both public and private software organizations as both a Chief Operating Officer and a Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining PrimePay, Robb served as Chief Operating Officer for AbacusNext, an industry-leading provider of practice management software & cloud services for the legal & accounting industries. Robb served in prior leadership roles at other organizations including: Zephyr, Greenway Health, Vista Equity Partners, Agilysys, and Radiant Systems.
Robb is a graduate of Elizabethtown College where he earned his BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
