    The responsibility for making sure payments and filings are accurate and on time for all our clients is a big one. Our payroll tax department ensures business owners can operate headache-free.

    From product knowledge to job applicable soft skills, this team ensures PrimePay employees succeed. Training and development supports organizational effectiveness by providing training programs to newly hired and experienced employees.

    Phone Interview

    If you're qualified, a Talent Acquisition Manager will conduct a phone interview to tell you more about the position.

  • Number Four

    In-Person Interview

    Head to your local PrimePay office for your interview to meet with the hiring manager and other leaders. You’ll receive a follow-up featuring an assessment specific to the job function.

  • Number Five


    Congrats, you got the job! Your hiring manager will call to extend your offer and you’ll receive a digital copy to sign.

  • Number Six


    Welcome to the team! Your first week you’ll meet with our HR team and training to learn the ins and outs of PrimePay and your new position.
