WOTC, or the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, is a federal program that could give you up to $9,600 in tax credits for each employee that meets certain criteria. See a full list of the criteria here.

Both systems, Applicant Tracking and Employee Onboarding, include our WOTC module. This module will display the estimated tax credit value in an application, based on questions a candidate has answered.
