PrimePay payroll and HR services was founded in Chester County, PA, right outside of Philadelphia. For over 30 years we’ve been in the area and continue to use Philly’s nickname, the City of Brotherly Love, to honor how much we just love our clients!

Why We Love Our Philly-Area Office

First and foremost, this is our headquarters. PrimePay's roots were planted right here in Chester County, PA.

Fun Fact: We now have two offices. Across the street from our original building, we’ve opened a state-of-the-art, open floor plan, Client Success Center.

But other than that, when we’re not helping clients with payroll, we’re getting involved in our local community. The PrimePay team is a big supporter of local nonprofits like Bringing Hope Home and more.
