Brooke Lanier
Brooke Lanier is the Director of Benefit Services at PrimePay. Brooke has helped shape PrimePay’s benefits department over the last three years, starting out as the director of COBRA services. A business-minded employee benefits expert, Brooke enjoys tackling business and workplace challenges with proven methods and experience.
Her expertise includes employee health and welfare compliance and plan administration, HRIS, client relationship management, employee engagement, process development and improvement, and service level metrics.

Larry Dickinson
Larry Dickinson joined the PrimePay family in 2004 with 10 years prior experience in the Employee Management Services industry. He has served as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and in 2011 Larry was selected to implement PrimePay’s newest offering in the Time and Labor Management market.
Larry is motivated by analyzing the needs of a prospective client, and then, designing a customized time and attendance system to help that business reduce costs, increase profits, and improve compliance with federal and state regulations.

Mitch Geiger
Mitch Geiger is the VP of Regulatory Compliance and an ERISA attorney. In this role, Mitch advises on complex issues surrounding ACA compliance and administration of employee benefit plans.
Before coming to PrimePay, Mitch began his diverse career in government as an investigator for the Department of Labor. He served several years on the legal compliance team for Northern Trust Retirement Services and later worked as in-house counsel for one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in the country.
When Mitch isn’t busy consulting clients, you can catch him crafting his next work of art. His pieces have been displayed in shows at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, the Alexandria Art League and the Torpedo Factory in Arlington, VA.

Erin Murphree
Erin is a Talent Acquisition Manager for PrimePay. She is responsible for performing full life-cycle recruitment efforts including setting search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. She also works with her team on a college recruiting program, training programs for hiring managers, and retention with employees.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors in anyway possible.

Ashley Donohue
Ashley is the Benefit Services Assistant Counsel for PrimePay. In this role, she supports PrimePay's administrative services in the area of benefits administration, COBRA administration, nondiscrimination testing, ACA reporting and ERISA.
Ashley is a Penn State graduate who double majored in political science and Italian and minored in economics. In May 2017, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University in Orange County, California and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. Outside of work you can find her cheering on the Nittany Lions and hitting the slopes!

Daniel Krupansky
Daniel is a Talent Acquisition Manager at PrimePay. He is responsible for achieving staffing objectives through the recruitment, evaluation, and hiring of candidates for open positions across the U.S.

Steve Jackson
As Senior Vice President of Broker Concierge, Steven Jackson has led a team that created a number of PrimePay’s nationally recognized products and programs. As head of PrimePay’s HR and benefits services practice, Steve effectively implemented quality pre-tax benefit account plans that lower health insurance costs for thousands of PrimePay clients, employees, and their families.
A thought leader in health care initiatives, Steve is an active speaker at industry events, as well as at PrimePay’s monthly broker and employer-specific educational webinars. Steve is a 1992 graduate of Taylor University.

Kyle McEuen
Kyle McEuen is the SVP, Franchise Services, of ProfitKeeper by PrimePay. Here, he leads the efforts to provide a world-class user experience for franchisees, oversees day-to-day operations, and develops relationships with franchisors and strategic partners to provide custom solutions.
His extensive experience working with small businesses on both personal and administrative levels helps to drive growth efforts for the company, all while managing a cross-functional team of employees.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona. In his spare time, he enjoys rooting on the Cardinals, hiking, and spending time with his wife and children.

Lauren Burke
Lauren joined PrimePay as a Marketing & Brand Awareness intern and became a Marketing Assistant shortly after the internship ended in 2019. Now, her role is Manager, Content & Communications. Lauren graduated with a business marketing degree in May 2020 from Penn State University.


Matt Garrett
Matt joined PrimePay in 2019 as a Compliance Specialist and became a Tax & Systems Compliance Senior Analyst in 2020. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in political science from Purdue University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and the Certified Payroll Professional designation.

Sarah Greesonbach
Sarah Greesonbach turns cutting-edge research and data into captivating HR technology marketing content. She loves to consider the possibilities of humanizing, organizing, and minimalizing all things HR, and her writing helps HR executives and professionals develop their instincts and arrive at actionable insights for employee engagement and business performance.

John Cuellar
John is responsible for SyncHR’s product, engineering, and system operations teams. He is focused on streamlining the business processes related to HCM and finance by distributing SyncHR to all members of the workforce and by using patented security and workflow to control these developments. John is also responsible for delivering SyncHR as a cloud based application with “extreme ratio” financial metrics.
He has a background in engineering, workplace applications, and business administration, bringing over 25 years of experience deploying strategic HCM applications. Prior to co-founding SyncHR, John was the CEO of Harbor Technologies, since acquired by Mellon Financial Corporation. Previous to Harbor Technology Group, he spent an internship with the Swiss Bank Corporation in their derivatives pricing and trading group and also worked as a senior manager for the US Navy. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Anna Marie DiStefano
Anna Marie DiStefano joined PrimePay in 2001 as the Manager of Tax and System Compliance. Anna Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology in Business from Immaculata University and a master’s degree in Library Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and the Certified Payroll Professional designation.

Eddie Goitia
Eddie Goitia works with ProfitKeepers Franchisors and Franchisees in adopting financial benchmarks and KPIs to advance their business. Eddie was the CEO and CFO of a national Franchise Brand and former owner of a multi-unit regional restaurant group. Eddie has a Marketing degree from Arizona State University, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and is a Certified Franchise Executive.
