Mike Barbary is a technology executive and commercial attorney specializing in SaaS transactions, focusing on licensing expert technology solutions to professional industries in the banking, legal, HCM, and accounting verticals. Joining PrimePay in mid-2023, Barbary brings experience negotiating deals, resolving disputes, and managing risk. As part of PrimePay’s C-Level executive team, Mike will oversee the company’s commercial agreements, IP and legal matters, as well as its regulatory compliance strategy, helping PrimePay maximize growth, reduce risk, and deliver shareholder value.
