Reagan Evans is the Chief Revenue Officer at PrimePay. He oversees the company’s sales organization, revenue management, and strategy for its HCM and payroll products, focusing on revenue growth.
Reagan has excelled in various sales leadership roles. For nearly a decade, he thrived at Paycom, a distinguished player in the HCM industry, holding positions including Account Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Regional Vice President of Sales. Recently, Reagan served as the Senior Vice President of Revenue at MANTA, specializing in data lineage solutions. His leadership played a crucial role in driving MANTA’s growth, ultimately leading to its acquisition by IBM. Additionally, Reagan served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Pantheon, a pioneer in WebOps space that reached “Unicorn” status in 2021.
Reagan is known for his adept management of global sales, spearheading new business development initiatives, optimizing sales performance, and leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Texas and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
