*The 50% Off 4 Months of Payroll Promotion will run from May 1, 2024, until July 31, 2024, unless terminated earlier by PrimePay in its sole discretion, and is subject to the following eligibility requirements. The promotion will be provided to clients that have not previously purchased or processed payroll with PrimePay in the 90 days prior to commencing payroll services and are located in the United States. Clients will receive a fifty percent (50%) discount on PrimePay Payroll Essentials fees for the period of the initial four (4) months of the Term, which consist of standard monthly per-employee fees. $99 minimum up to 10 employees. Additional terms and conditions apply. Void where prohibited. Clients may elect one free W-2 processing for either 2024 or 2025. To be eligible for free W-2 processing for 2024, clients must process a payroll with our system in the year 2024 and have at least one check date within the same year. To be eligible for free W-2 processing for 2025, Client must remain an active Client through 2025 and process at least one (1) payroll in 2026. All promotional credits and discounts shall be voided and invoiced if Client terminates without cause during the first twelve (12) months of the Term.
